Increase your BSNL broadband speed!

Recently i have got mails, sms, phone calls.
They wanted to know how to increase BSNL broadband speed.
After scratching my head i have found out a trick how to increase bsnl broadband speed.
Its easy and simple:-

Steps.
1.Click start
2.In the search box type "run" without quotes.
3.In run type "gpedit.msc" without quotes.
                                                      4.Then a pop-up will come
5.On the left corner there are some folders click the administrative templates.
6.Then click network.
7.Then click QoS packet Scheduler
8.Then click limit reservable bandwith.
9.Then a popup will come like this:

10.Then click enabled.
11.Then make Bandwith Limit to 0%
And You are Done
